These Terms of Service govern your use of cleaning services provided by NemligRen. By booking our services, you agree to these terms in full.
Service Description
NemligRen provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. The specific services to be performed will be agreed upon at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.
Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a charge of 50% of the service fee.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and MobilePay. For recurring services, payment will be processed automatically after each cleaning session.
Service Guarantee
We strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will re-clean any areas of concern at no additional cost.
Access to Property
You are responsible for ensuring our cleaning staff has access to your property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access your property, a cancellation fee may apply.
Liability
We carry liability insurance to cover damage caused by our cleaning staff. However, we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions such as improper installation, previous damage, or normal wear and tear.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
